We had bad experiences when buying lists from other vendors. How can we check out vendors such as yourselves before purchase?
Firstly, before buying ANY product online especially mailing lists or other digital products we advise you to carry out due diligence via the web prior to purchase. Visit respected  sites such as the Better Business Bureau or the Rip Off Report and search for company and product name/type to see if there have been complaints. Do the same via major search engines such as Google – search for company or product name followed by words such as complaint, scam, rip off etc.  You will not have to search for long to discover the vendors to avoid.
Secondly, please read our Terms where you will discover the best and most meaningful guarantee in the industry.
What payment options can you offer?
We offer payment via Paypal where you can pay securely via credit and debit cards and also by bank cheque or by bank transfer, with or without a Paypal account.
My credit card payment has been declined – can you help?
In the unlikely event that your payment or credit card is declined please make a note of the reason given and then email us at payments@apcservicesltd.com for further assistance – we can often offer a solution.
Note: The most common reason that credit cards are declined for purchases at this site (particularly corporate cards) is that a very small number of card issuers will not approve payments made via  IPN (Instant Payment Notification) which is the system we use to efficiently deliver the download link to your purchase. In such cases buyers will see a message ” this credit card cannot be used for this type of purchase” or words to that effect.  In such cases buyers should use an alternative credit card or email us for further information.
How are my data purchases sent to me?
Shortly after receiving your payment we will send you an email with a download link to you data purchases. See the Shopping Cart for fuller details.
I paid a few hours ago but I have still not received my download link.
The download link is sent to you via email to the address you provide when making the payment.  If it appears that this email has not been received please firstly check your spam folder or any other folders that might filter incoming email. This can be a particular problem with free email accounts such as Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL etc where spam filters are set too high. If you still cannot find the email with the download link then email us for assistance – we have other ways to send your link including via the “You Send It” email delivery system.
What is .csv format? How can I open a .csv file?
CSV stands for “Coma Separated Value”.  Please open the .CVS file  using EXCEL or ACCESS or another popular spreadsheet or database application.
